My puppies get there first worming at 4 weeks of age and then every 2 weeks thereafter till they go to there new homes. Then I recommend them be wormed at 3 months and again at 6 months as they pick up all kinds of parasites in chewing up anything and everything they can get there little teeth into. They get there first shots which is VanGuard Plus 5 way at 6 weeks of age, then again at 9 weeks,12 weeks and 15 weeks. Then they get a booster at 6 months for Parvo.(This is the schedule recommended by My Vet.) Then at 4 months they get there Rabies. When they reach a year old they get a second full exam and put on heart worm meds. I use Interceptor as my vet says it is the best to use. But only if your dog does not have heart worms. If they have hear worms and you use Interceptor you take the chance of killing your dog according to Dr. Zeek.
I guarantee my puppies are not defective when sold. No bone deformation or joint deformation. If they are found to have a bone or joint deformation prior to 6 months of age I will replace the puppy with a puppy of my choice from the next litter or a current litter upon the return of the puppy they purchased along with there signed papers. And a signed notarized letter from there vet giving full details as to the defect along with the X-rays showing the deformation. They are vet examined at least twice before they are sold. They leave me free of ticks, fleas or mites. And it is up to the buyer to maintain adequate care of them to keep them that way. They are started on gruel at 3 weeks of age. This gruel is made from Holistic puppy food, Baby formula, egg,Olive oil,& Show Stopper .And will be eating quite well when picked up. I do not wean them that is up to the momma dog. So they will nurse as long as she allows them to. Momma dog stays with the pups till there 6-8 or 12 weeks old. Or however long that there with us before going to there new homes. They are fed Holistic foods. By the time my puppies have gone to there new homes they have been introduced to meat, vegetables, fruit, and much more. They are also on Show Stopper. They get olive oil and egg in there evening meal the same as the adult and young dogs get. Only in portions for there size. It is my recommendation to keep them on this. They get liver milkshakes in the evenings several times a week. And they get to go outside in the sun and play in the puppy yard after they hit 4 weeks old. Prior to 4 weeks there allowed on the top back deck area of my 3 tier deck.
The females are given a booster shot prior to breeding. So as to give the puppies a stronger immunity.(Vet recommended) The blues are given Amoxy 3 days before and 7 days after giving birth. This is to help cut down on the puppy bumps. Which is puppy Acne and can be treated with Oxy wash that we humans use or with a Benzol Peroxide wash from your vet.

I currently have one breeding female. This is her first litter in two years (first litter with me at all).
My dogs are kept Utd on shots and dewormings. Before breeding my female are given a booster and wormed with safeguard dewormer.
Through out the pregnancy they are allowed to exercise, etc at will as I have a fenced backyard they run and play in. A fit healthy dog equals great healthy puppies! :o)
Puppies are whelped in my bedroom in the whelping area I made for them. Ceramic tile floor for easy cleaning.
The puppies stay inside my home until they have had their first shots.
I worm at 3, 5, 6, 8, and 10 weeks old. A parvo shot is given at 5 weeks and then at 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks they are giving a 5-way. I do not use shots with lepto or corna in them.
Puppies are raised on the "rules of seven". This produces well adjusted well socialized puppies.

All pets are sold on Limited registration. No puppy leaves here before 8 weeks old.
